Before your appointment:

 

• Do not exfoliate or use exfoliating produts  at least 5 days before appointment 

• Hair length is minimum 1/4 to maximum 1/2 inch 

• Do not tan skin

• Avoid any caffeine drinks

As your skin closes over the follicles:

 

• Avoid exercise 24-48 hours

• No spray tanning for 48 hours

• Avoid touching the waxed area

• No bathing and sauna for 24-48 Hours

• No pool or ocean for 24-48 hours

• Wear SPF50 if you are exposed to the sun

• Avoid applying topical lotions, perfume

• No chemical peels for 4 days

 

To prevent Ingrown:

Soft brush, soft manual body scrub or glycolic tonic apply to skin to 2-3 times a week, Wear loose, comfortable clothing.
